Last weekend a male friend used the term "self-actualized" to describe me.
Naturally I was pleased as punch.
Has anyone else in this tribe had that moniker attached to him/her as well?

Sun, July 11, 2004 - 4:43 PMi've been called a lot of things, but i'm not sure that anyone has known me well enough to try and stick that one on me... or maybe they have known me well enough to know it wouldn't stick.

Re: Curious ...Self-Actualization
Sun, July 18, 2004 - 3:40 PMMea Culpa.
Further, my mentor Dr. John Curtis Gowan created a quickie self-test for self-actualization in the 70's. It is called the Northridge Developmental Scale. He includes a 'psychedelic' domain of development in his groundbreaking books.
He used Maslow's scale among others for his criteria.
This is one of the most fun test you can take as a seeker, because it will give you something to ponder objectively. It will also tell you where self-actualizing energies are being bled out of your system into nonadaptive behaviors like neuroticism or lying, etc.
Find the Test and his works, with my commentary at
